About Us

Terry Maytum

Terry is a licensed architect with more than two decades of experience delivering impactful, award-winning design solutions across the United States. His portfolio spans education, municipal, healthcare, retail, recreation, religious, and entertainment environments—each shaped through a thoughtful, client-centered approach.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Terry is known for his adaptability, responsiveness, and commitment to tailoring each concept to the unique needs of its users. His work has played a key role in major initiatives, including the comprehensive development of Oklahoma City and Muskogee Public Schools, and innovative facilities for Tulsa Community College. He has also contributed to multiple LEED-certified projects, reflecting his dedication to sustainable, resilient, and community-focused design.

Beyond his project work, Terry brings specialized expertise as a FEMA Refuge Evaluation and Safe Room Design 101 professional.
